The metro is close and serves the historic city center. The neighborhood is quiet. At first glance everything looks clean and neat. However, the freezer is stuck in the ice‑cream section and isn’t defrosted, so the door won’t close. There’s limescale in the kettle and the Nespresso water reservoir. Mold is present in the shower tray.

The property is well maintained, clean, and the layout is organized. It’s close to the metro and a supermarket about 900 metres away, and the host is helpful with any request. The downside is that it’s in a suburban area, so you have to use public transport to reach the city centre, but the peaceful surroundings more than compensate for that.
