The meals were great, but I suggest adding two lactose‑free dessert options for lunch and dinner. Thank you for the lactose‑free milk at breakfast ❤️. At lunch, some cutlery (forks and spoons) had residue and were not well cleaned.

Every meal was simply excellent, and honestly, there's nothing else to add—everything was great.

The staff were very polite, the food excellent, the scenery marvelous, and the cabin cozy with a great shower; however, due to the weather, the Junin festival bonfire was missing.

The stretching, food, and location are positives. The parking is far from the chalets. I didn’t like the recreation, not because of the rain and cold, but because it lacks creativity and staff enthusiasm.
The lodge is surrounded by nature and features a beautiful waterfall, making it an ideal retreat for those seeking rest; the food is wonderful with a varied menu, and the staff are very attentive.
