On my first visit the front‑desk staff treated me terribly; when I came to collect the key he handed me a paper to sign that I couldn’t understand, and even after I tried using Google Translate he wouldn’t let me do it, responding in a way that seemed like he was swearing at me. The room wasn’t sound‑proof and was quite noisy, with noises from above and outside making it impossible to rest. The single bed was cramped, the Wi‑Fi only worked on 5G, the TV kept showing ads and would occasionally lose power. The air‑conditioner was installed directly in the room and was very loud. I spent one night terrified of staying there; I lost money and felt sick, and after a sleepless night my head pounded the next morning. I will never return.

The location was great, but I didn’t like having to use the stairs or elevator instead of a side door, and I was annoyed that housekeeping never knocked before entering my room.

Parking was great. Checking in was quick. I got a ground floor room which I appreciate. Breakfast was good. The bed, bathroom, shower, tv, fridge and microwave were great. Plenty of nearby places to get food. The AC was not very good. The Wifi in my room was not consistent. The best place for Wifi was the lobby. Unusual, I've stayed on the upper floors before and the Wifi was better

It was pretty peaceful and the breakfast looked good, but we wished there was a swimming pool.
