“A trip rich in experiences”
My wife, our family, and I spent four days here, relaxing while we hired a driver for a day trip that included a stop in Del Carmen. We also island‑hopped to places like Guyam and enjoyed a superb seafood lunch on the beach. Construction was happening at the resort, and the noise was occasionally a nuisance. Each morning we received a simple yet lovely breakfast by the water’s edge, and the friendly owner, Joakim, even served authentic Swedish coffee. We had few complaints overall; construction and maintenance are expected. There are no taxis, so you must take tricycles, rent a car, or scooter.
