The lighting was poor, I didn’t like the bathroom, and there was little choice for breakfast.

“I was disappointed by the service received during my stay.”

I was assigned to the annex, which cost the same as the main rooms. Only one porter was there when we got in, and the shower was broken. The fridge didn’t work, the lights were dim and made makeup impossible, and the TV had to be reset every time the lights flickered. Wi‑Fi never worked during my single night, and I couldn’t count how many times the lights went out. Breakfast offered rice with boiled eggs, cold bread with fried eggs and sausages; fruit was hard to get before it was served. The tea cups were chipped, so I had to ask for new ones, and there was no car wash service.
