“Worst customer service I have ever received.”
The pool, location and room were nice. Received by FAR the worst customer service that I have ever received at any stay in my entire life. I accidentally left a pair of jeans in the room and the women at reception was incredibly unhelpful and rude and even hung up on me on multiple occasions (when they did actually answer the phone). Were allegedly going to call me back but never did. etc etc. Jeans vanished. Probably the most unprofessional experience I've had, and has left the worst taste in my mouth - I would never ever stay here again all due to this person
