“All in all, we give this hotel 3 stars. But if the customer service had gone smoother, the safety issues with the room (”
Pros: 1. Our hotel room had an AC-unit that worked well and it was a lifesaver after walking all day in the 30 degree heat. 2. Location is good. It's easy to go anywhere from there, excellent restaurants nearby, and a pharmacy is just around the corner. 3. This hotel operates without a physical reception. Entry to the hotel and the room was via a door code that worked, and the arrival instructions were clear. 4. The hotel room and bed were suitably sized for two guests. The bed sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. 5. TV worked fine and it had many options. Also the room had the "basic kit" for a hotel room, there was a kettle, a hair dryer, etc. Cons: 1. They charged us for the hotel room twice, because they had initially charged too much. They said the refund would come within a few days and it took them six days. 2. When the hotel room door was closed and the locking system indicated that the door was locked, the door could still be opened and it didn't even require much force. So, if you are traveling alone, be careful. 3. They advertise a exclusive breakfast service. However, we saw no signs of this at the hotel, and when we asked about it, we received only an automated response that essentially encouraged us to leave a review. 4. Really thin hotel room walls, even the slightest sounds from the neighbors and the hallway could be heard clearly. 5. The hotel room did not meet the standard of a 4 star hotel, although it might have appeared so at first glance, it unfortunately had many shortcomings. The screws on the bathroom door handle were loose, the dresser drawers were faulty, and the English-language instructions in the room were incomplete
