The staff at this hotel were friendly and welcoming, which made our stay more enjoyable. However, the location was a bit of a letdown. It's not exactly close to anything interesting, and we had to travel a bit to get to the city center.
I was initially placed in a room next to a very busy road intersection, which wasn't ideal. However, the staff were incredibly helpful and changed our room to a quieter one, which was a huge relief. The hotel's location near the road did cause some disturbance, but the staff's assistance made up for it.
I was a bit disappointed that our room wasn't cleaned or offered for refresh during our 5-night stay, which I found a shame. The only positive note was that we received new bath towels once.

We booked a three-bedroom room without breakfast for a reasonable price, but things took a turn when the receptionist informed us that the room was actually three times more expensive and that we needed to pay an additional 87 euros. The staff seemed completely unbothered by the fact that we were celebrating my son's 30th birthday, and their attitude was appalling.
