“Bij Booking.Com stond Plaza View als hotel aangeschreven, maar het waren Premium Rooms. Wel oké!!”

The location was perfect, the room was clean with a good bed and shower, and the balcony overlooking the large square was lovely, so we could enjoy breakfast there since the interior space was limited. The breakfast itself felt a bit sparse; it was better to offer nothing at all. Food came on paper plates with wooden cutlery and coffee in a cup, producing a lot of waste. We also missed personal interaction. Finding the room and opening the door downstairs required codes, which was tricky at first. The lady who occasionally sat downstairs was very helpful and friendly.

The location and view were good, but the breakfast and the rooms’ poor soundproofing were disappointing.

The place is well‑located, the staff are friendly, and breakfast is good. It was noisy at night, so the hotel should improve room soundproofing; the busy road made it hard to sleep.

“Geen echt hotel”

The location is excellent with a view of Plaça de l'Ajuntament. It isn’t really a hotel but a floor in a monumental building that mainly houses offices. There’s no reception except for the central one on the ground floor. Breakfast is very plain with disposable dishes. The photos give a misleading impression, and the lady preparing breakfast seemed quite unfriendly.
