No one at reception, we had to call to get a contact, the establishment was closed when we arrived, we had to wait an hour before a kind employee came to open the doors and show us our room, we were alone in the hotel, no breakfast was available, the hotel is located on the road, and we were subjected to the passage of many trucks, including late at night.

Our experience was marred by a lack of service, with no one available to help us after we checked in at noon. The hotel felt abandoned, with no breakfast options available and poorly maintained facilities. The bathroom was particularly subpar, with a clogged sink and a leaking shower. To make matters worse, the room wasn't cleaned after the first night, and the pool was almost empty. The overall atmosphere was gloomy and run-down.
