It was a beautiful hotel that exceeded our expectations!

The spot is convenient and the bed is comfy, but the price is outrageous. Breakfast options are very limited—no eggs or omelette, no Turkish tea. While we were eating, a cleaning lady walked in with a bucket and started mopping the floor right next to us, then opened all the windows and it got freezing. Total disrespect.

They were helpful while traveling from Diyarbakır to Mardin, but nobody at the hotel gave us any information, so we had to eat out everywhere. Everyone seemed very indifferent.
