The location and modern room are great, the mattress is firm and not for everyone, and the staff are friendly, but there’s no soundproofing so I was woken by construction in the common areas at 7 am.

The staff are good, but if you have a night to stay before catching a boat to the islands, the price is just enough.

The women’s power is impressive; every small issue was fixed right away. The rooftop pool is lovely and the old town is within walking distance. The only hiccup was that we had to change rooms because of a bad smell from the bathroom, but everything else worked out fine.

The room reeked of mold and dirt, the window faced a scorching metal roof and no air moved at all; the fridge kept cycling every half hour, which ruined our sleep. We had booked two rooms for four nights but left after the second sleepless night. The staff were anything but helpful, seeming irritated by our complaints and bordering on rude. I would not recommend this place, especially because of the nauseating smell.

The new bathroom is comfortable to use, the staff are friendly and smiling, and the location is convenient. The only downside is the stairs; there’s no elevator.
