The staff were the worst ever; they pressured us into paying for an extra room just because friends who never stayed at the hotel came to drop off their bags. They even tried to manhandle my friend, forcing us to call the police.

The facility is new, well maintained, and offers good value for money. However, the approach signages need improvement because it becomes difficult to locate the property as Google Maps gets muddled.

There was no Wi‑Fi, no breakfast, the location was odd, and there were no nearby restaurants.

This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in this city; the service is great, the rooms are clean, and the location is perfect. I really enjoyed it, and the staff were very supportive.
