The private onsen was gorgeous and I appreciated the kaiseki dinner in my room. The reception was very limited; they didn’t even show me the bathroom at the entrance or explain how to use the onsen (e.g., how to release cold water to adjust the temperature). The price was very high.

I was impressed by the beautiful outdoor and indoor onsen, the karaoke and table‑tennis, and the high‑quality breakfast. The large room was very comfortable, and the VIEs overlooking the river added a nice touch. The staff were welcoming. However, if you have a tattoo you’re not allowed into the onsen, yet you still have to pay the onsen fee.

I loved the private onsen in the room and the ReFa cleaning products. The staff were very kind and nice, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. This was our honeymoon getaway and the staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was memorable, even giving us a commemorative photo. We felt extremely grateful. The pillows could have been a bit softer, so I rate them 8/10.

The hotel is magnificent and the staff very welcoming; the restaurant is excellent and the rooms are clean.
