A very nice hotel. It’s not too big, so it’s quiet and in a good location. It’s close to the ocean and everything you need. The staff were very friendly. The canteen staff and the front desk staff could have spoken English better.

Receptionist Kiowa was a sweetheart and very polite, even though she was new and seemed to love her job. The pool area smelled like foot odor, or maybe the grass, and we also saw mosquitoes at night, which was disgusting.

“Maravilloso”

The location was great, and I could use the Aquapark unlimited, plus the outside bar offered free drinks until 23:00. The beach was very close and parking was right in front. The staff were very friendly and pleasant, so I would definitely come back. However, some meals seemed frozen, and breakfast had very little variety for kids; the cereals were too hard. The hotel pillows were terrible, and when we arrived the terrace was a bit dirty with cigarette butts on the floor. I also missed having a coffee machine in the room.

“Bastante mediocre”

Bastante mediocre para un hotel de 4 estrellas. La comida era bastante mala, el servicio de limpieza que solicitamos que fuera los días que nos alojábamos y no lo hicieron y sobre todo que es un hotel bastante aburrido la animación brilla por si ausencia, a las 23:00 en la cama no ponían música ni espectáculo ni nada. Yo no repetiría y no lo recomendaría
