Ristorante davvero TOP, staff molto professionale e accogliente. Le porte delle camere non sono abbastanza insonorizzate e quando vengono aperte fanno un rumore molto fastidioso. Inoltre le tende non consentono oscuramento totale della stanza

The hotel sits two minutes from the station and two minutes from the Nikka distillery. All staff, including the kitchen crew, were very professional. The dinner was excellent and the wine tasting explanations were very thorough (the pairing is optional and costs extra). The Japanese‑style breakfast was delicious. At first I thought the room was unfinished, but that’s just their style. I’d love to come back someday.

The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows, and the location was great—close to the train station and convenient stores. The rustic décor felt unfinished, there was no elevator so we had to haul our bags up the stairs, and the dining room was closed.

The staff were very friendly, the interior was clean, and most of all the separate toilet and shower rooms were a big plus. I’d definitely use this place again if I get the chance.
