Wayan and his wife go out of their way to make you feel welcome, taking you on tours and driving you everywhere. The food comes straight from their own garden, and the room offers a stunning view of the mountains. The traffic noise and the neighbors’ sound system can be a bit disruptive, and the breakfast tends to be bland.

From the balcony of our sleeping spot, breakfast every day felt like a celebration. The owners were incredibly friendly and did everything to keep us happy, and the food was delicious. Because it sits a bit lower than Munduk, the temperature is a few degrees warmer. The only drawback is that it’s along a busy road, but otherwise everything about the location is praised.
