The central location and the quietness of the residential area are highly recommended. However, the cleanliness is not up to par; the caravans are a bit dingy and aging. Dust accumulates here and there, and the bathroom with the shower is worn out and needs an overhaul. Generally, the interior fittings are lacking, but if you search long enough you’ll find everything you need. Toilet paper was a bit scarce and had to be bought separately. We noticed that while the kitchen equipment is usable, it doesn’t meet high expectations. The cleaning utensils were barely usable, so we used our own sponge or rag. The knives for cutting bread, onions, and meat were very dull, making it difficult to cut anything. The electric kettle had limescale deposits, which is a negative point. Another issue was the poorly secured access path, with slanted steps and loose gravel, making it hard to walk, especially when moving in or out with luggage. Slipping on the gravel is almost unavoidable. If you ignore all that and are tolerant of slightly worn inventory, you can manage in the caravan.
