I had trouble getting in touch with the hotel, and I was charged for canceling because it was impossible to reach the hotel by car. I was told I’d have to pay again since the other room wasn’t canceled, and the hotel wouldn’t refund me.

The location is excellent, the pressure is high and the hot water works well, and the staff are friendly. The insulation is very weak.
