We had a great time! The hotel was beautiful, the people were pleasant and responsive, and the service was excellent. The staff spoke Russian and English. Before check‑in they let us leave our luggage while we were on a tour. We booked a room with a balcony jacuzzi. The room had a large, comfortable bed, excellent pillows, and a huge TV with high‑quality picture. A big plus was that it was in the corner of the hotel, so we heard no neighbors. The view from the windows was of the fortress and the park. Towels, slippers, tea, coffee, and all the necessary little things were provided. The scents of soap and shampoo were very pleasing. The property had a sauna, hammam, and a bucket of cold water for showers. The pool was good, the water was clean, there was plenty of space, and we could swim fully. The food was very impressive. We dined in the lobby bar and were thrilled! We ordered a Georgian cutlet, tomato soup, and chvishtari. The cutlet portion was huge, enough for two, and very tasty! The chvishtari had an unusual presentation that I had never tried before. Everything was tasty and filling, the service was wonderful, and the prices were pleasant. Breakfast was excellent! There was a wide selection of foods for every taste: soup, porridge, yogurts, khachapuri, vegetables, sweets, and various drinks. The chocolate cake was especially liked. We could take bicycles, visit a wine tasting, play billiards, and use the gym, but we didn't have time for all that. Thank you for the hospitality! However, I would have liked a more thorough cleaning of the room: there was a clump of long hair in the bathroom, stains on the carpet, a dead bug on the balcony, and some lint on the jacuzzi surface. In the hot water baths near the pool the water was cloudy and dirty, which was especially noticeable against the clean pool. Also, the spa areas were divided into male and female zones, and I would have preferred to relax and mingle together.

The staff were professional and the building was modern and well kept; the pool, jacuzzi, sauna and Turkish bath were all maintained to a high standard. Dining in the hotel hall was exceptional, with delicious dishes. The elevator was a bit slow and sometimes malfunctioned, and some bathroom finishes could use improvement.

“Gori Inn — максимум на одну ночь.”

Gori Inn расположен рядом с большим красивым парком с одной стороны и речкой с другой это. Gori Inn позиционирует себя как пятизвёздочный отель, но качество обслуживания не соответствует заявленному уровню. Плохая шумоизоляция: в номер на втором этаже проникал запах сигаретного дыма с улицы, а также был слышен шум ресторана внизу. Кроме того, автобусы с туристами, приезжающими на одну ночь, прибывают поздно вечером или рано утром. Постоянная выгрузка чемоданов при плохой шумоизоляции не просто доставляет дискомфорт, а буквально будит гостей. Менеджер обещал заменить номер, но в итоге сообщил, что свободных номеров нет. За 5 ночей номер убрали только один раз, в остальные дни лишь меняли полотенца. Ожидали гораздо большего от отеля такого класса
