The location was exactly between Modena and Maranello, a great spot to visit all things Ferrari, and the pools were nice; however, when we arrived we had to ask at reception whether the air‑con could be turned on, the room had poor blackout, so it stayed very light, and part of the outdoor pool required an extra fee, though the large outdoor pool was free.

The room was spacious and there was a convenient parking spot right next to the hotel, but the breakfast was a bit plain and the products were average.

The pool was fine, and the partner restaurant offered a service that wasn’t very efficient; the partnership with the Merbalsamico V could use improvement by asking the restaurant to provide a better, more attentive service.

The facility was very pleasant and welcoming, equipped with all the comforts; the cleanliness was excellent and the staff were very friendly.

It’s now a regular stop after the mountain; the resort is very clean and welcoming, close to the station and the Pavarotti museum. I didn’t find anything I disliked, though the breakfast and dinner prices are high, so you might want to skip them, but it doesn’t ruin the stay.
