Everything was excellent: the staff were very friendly, the breakfast selection was rich, the spa was outstanding and very pleasant, and there were few people. After 21:00 children under 16 were not allowed in the spa area. All photos matched reality and even looked better. The location is right in the center, everything needed is nearby. The upgraded apartments are spacious, new and clean, and housekeeping was daily. We will definitely return.

A beautiful, stylish hotel with a great location, an excellent spa, an infinity pool and stunning mountain views. Everything felt comfortable, well-designed and pleasant. Nothing to complain about. I had a very pleasant stay

The place is well‑located and the spa is great, but the fridge kept defrosting, probably because of the smart‑home system.

The price‑to‑quality ratio is spot‑on, and the spa in Bukovel is one of the best – large, airy, stylish, and comfortable. The huge warm pool is a separate love. It opens at 8‑00:00, which is super convenient. The crowd is pleasant, and the rooms are nice and spacious. The only inconvenience was that parking had to be arranged after check‑in at the front desk.
