Wael was amazing, helping us with checkout and arranging a taxi when the tram service was interrupted; he was kind and sweet. The room felt like a private apartment with a lovely terrace, beyond expectations. The location, facilities and staff were great.

The staff were dedicated to customer service, the hotel sits beside the town hall and the tram runs almost directly opposite; the reception was very open and we got quick answers to all our questions and needs. Thank you for everything.
