I had a really nice stay here. The room was clean and a good size for a junior suite, with a particularly spacious shower. I also appreciated how quiet the room was, even with live music playing downstairs - you could barely hear it from the room. The customer service was also great and everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Overall, a comfortable and relaxing stay. A few things could have made the stay more comfortable. The AC was my biggest issue. It seemed to run almost constantly despite being set to auto, was fairly loud, and blew directly towards the bed. Combined with the very soft, heat-retaining bedding and mattress, it made it difficult to regulate the temperature throughout the night. I also would have appreciated complimentary bottled water readily available in the room rather than needing to request it. The bathtub next to the bed was also an unusual layout; while there is a curtain for separation, I personally would have preferred a more enclosed bathroom tub setup
