Everything was spotless, the bed was cozy, the room offered plenty of space, and the airport shuttle was extremely convenient.

The location worked well. The hallways were noisy, the sports bar staff were not very friendly, and the wait for service was long.

The location was great. The corridors were noisy, the staff at the sports bar were not friendly, and the service was slow.

Breakfast was very good, and the bathroom in the room looked nice. The furniture in the room had minor damage, room service required you to claim your order at the restaurant instead of the room, the pool was smaller than it appeared in the photos, and the restaurant seemed expensive.
