Rooms were always available, but the staff behaved poorly and all the trolley wheels were broken.

They didn’t refund me; I was there for 7 hours and they still charged me for the entire booking, same issue as before.

Parking was free, the room was clean, the chair and bed were comfortable, but the fitness center only had one treadmill and one elliptical, no TV, no water, and no towels; staff were slow to refill coffee and supplies during breakfast but rushed to clear everything a few minutes early; the front desk was often unstaffed; rooms lacked shampoo and the kitchenette had no cutlery or plates.
