It was generally okay. Some jets in the hot tub were broken, the fridge was wobbly, plates had been returned wet, the floors and microwave were dirty, there were no blinds or curtains over the main door, the fire extinguisher hadn’t been tested, the main door used a key lock instead of a thumb lock (fire risk), the hot tub wiring was not installed correctly, the shelf above the heater was damaged, the backs of the seats were damaged, the bathroom finish was terrible, one bedroom had no storage, and the pricing was extortionate.

They did a lovely job decorating it, and it looked modern, yet there was no Lamo or ambient lighting.

The spot was great and the lodge had every essential, but the patio doors had no blinds or blackout, so passers‑by could see inside.
