The location was beautiful and the receptionist was very nice :). We were a bit disappointed that on Friday at 19:00 the restaurant was already closed after the hike, and the sauna that booking mentioned was also unavailable. I think more people would appreciate the option to eat in the evening. Without the last-minute rescue in the backpack it would have been worse. Unfortunately the room had no heating, even though it was quite cold. The accommodation is in a lovely spot, but overall it feels like the services won’t be run for “a few people” 🥹

Since our goal was to climb Lysá Hora, the location was fantastic; the trail starts right next to the accommodation and you can leave your car in the parking lot, plus you can arrange a great breakfast a short distance away at the conference centre.

A nice area, a clean room, and the staff were very friendly, but the mattresses were too firm and there was a gap between the beds in the double room.

The location is great. The cottage is lovely and the room is adequately sized. It’s right next to the Yellow Trail on Lysá hora and 500 m from the Satinský waterfall. Check‑in was a bit more complicated – the accommodation is in a different building about 1 km away, on a quiet hill. The signage is weak, the building isn’t visible from the road, so we got a bit lost, and Google Maps led us elsewhere. The beds were very hard, and we kept waking up. The lack of sleep affected our energy levels on the second day of hikes. Screens on the windows against insects would have helped. The vents needed airing out, but then the room became full of mosquitoes, and with wooden ceilings you just can’t avoid them – we were quite annoyed. It’s a shame you’re in such a clean‑air area but have to manage everything yourself because of the insects.
