The staff are genuinely friendly and helpful, especially the pick‑up and motorbike rental service. The place is quiet and the restaurant next door is good. However, if you care about cleanliness, you might want to skip this property. The bathroom was awful, with a strong odor, visible rust on the woodwork, and the floors looked unscrubbed and dirty, which really lowered the experience.

The room had nice décor and plenty of space, including a separate dressing area, but it wasn’t very clean. The bathroom ceiling leaked during rain, the water glasses were dirty, and there was only one teacup for two guests. The location was acceptable, though it’s not near the city center or the beach.

The hotel is quiet with only 7 rooms, a truly relaxing retreat with very kind staff, ideal for getting to know the land and people. The attached restaurant is right next door, the food is tasty, and the value for money is very fair. Rasheed, the manager, was very helpful and reliable with all our requests, from arranging domestic flights and airport transfers to providing snorkel fins and a fishing trip. The night departure, including a lunch package, was also hassle‑free. Thanks again for everything. The bus stop and many small shops are just around the corner, and spots for swimming and snorkeling are within walking distance. Unfortunately, the beautiful beach directly in front of the hotel has disappeared because the government decided to reclaim land and fill in a long, wide sand strip, as you can see in the current photos.
