The location is extraordinary. There’s something essential when traveling: good internet. The wifi was terrible, not even for work, let alone anything else.

Central – 10‑minute walk to Covent Garden. From the outside the hotel looks nice and presentable, but the room didn’t. The room was worn – curtains hanging in a loop, the floor rug looked moldy in a corner and worn in several spots. The window was obvious. On arrival there were food leftovers in the fridge and a towel hadn’t been changed. Several spots weren’t cleaned adequately. Room 02 needs a major upgrade.

Great location, very spacious room, decent quality. Bad breakfasts. The value for money is very poor, although that might be a London location issue. Overall a plus.

“Boutiquehotel mit sehr gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis”

I landed right next to the British Museum, with a bus stop just a few steps away and the Underground within under 10 minutes. The room was spacious, the décor was very British, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The only downside was that our room was in the basement; it got enough daylight but no view, and a handhold above the bathtub would have made getting in and out a lot easier.
