The reality doesn’t match the photos. The smells, dust, lack of hot water, and absence of drinking water and a kettle in the room were problematic; it took three requests before the staff finally brought water and a kettle after I had to go down to the reception.

The surroundings are good, even though construction is still happening nearby. The toilet seat moves, and the carpet in the room isn’t dog‑friendly.

I recently had the chance to stay at a fantastic hotel that truly exceeded my expectations in terms of its prime location. The hotel's proximity to the city center allowed me to easily explore the local area, visit popular attractions, and experience the vibrant nightlife without any hassle. I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, thanks to its beautiful decor and courteous staff. The breakfast menu offered a nice variety, and the team was helpful and attentive. However, I did notice some areas for improvement, such as clearer information on the website about extra charges for amenities like the sauna and pool, and the absence of robes in the rooms.
