I didn’t like it at all and left after only 2 hours. It’s very low quality… It’s not worth calling it a “tourist” place. The ad says Grand Bay Beach tourist hotel, but it’s actually a guest house. So it’s fake publicity… How can you deal with such companies???

We thought we booked a two‑room rental, but when we arrived we were stuck in a single room with three beds. The cleaning was missing, our feet turned black after just 5 minutes. Everything in the bathroom was rusted, the shower was a single hanging wire and there was no hot water. No blackout curtains either. The place isn’t well‑visited; people shout and slam doors all night, and we had to endure a drill until 00:30 and club music until 5 am. We had booked five nights, stayed only two, and had to scramble for another place to leave this spot and finally sleep, all while paying the full amount plus the 5‑night tourist tax. Stay away, especially with kids.

The bed was good. The bathroom wasn’t very clean and was broken. The outdoor kitchen in the room wasn’t clean and the dishes were dirty.
