It was the fifth place we visited on our Scotland tour and turned out to be the best of all; the owner’s attention to detail is unbeatable, making you feel at home. Parking was hassle‑free (they even let us leave the car after check‑out). They asked what we wanted for breakfast the day before and prepared everything perfectly and deliciously. The room was very cozy, everything was spotless, and there was zero noise.

The stay was pleasant and comfortable, and the walk to nearby spots was easy; Russell, the owner, was excellent and helpful, and breakfast each morning was delicious. The only caveat is that there is no lift to the rooms, so if stairs are a problem you should be aware of that.

The location is great for walking to Inverness centre, the host is friendly and welcoming, and the Scottish breakfast is excellent. The room décor feels a bit old‑fashioned but is comfortable enough for a short stay.
