The room was nicely decorated and quiet, right in the center and only a 10‑minute walk from the bus station; every day the room was stocked with coffee, tea, biscotti, milk bread, jam and honey. However, there was no staff on site, and on the first day the early‑morning and evening construction was very loud. I fell in love with Ioannina and wanted to stay longer, but the rates quoted for October were very high, especially since it seemed only two of us were in the whole hotel. I was disappointed and left.

Very nice room 101 where we stayed. Very clean and cozy. The only slight negative is the outdoor area – it needs some maintenance. Otherwise I recommend it without hesitation.

Nice and quiet spot right in the heart of Ioannina. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with coffee, tea and a simple breakfast available. The bed was good and the bathroom was cozy. The staff were friendly and cheerful.

Finding the place when we arrived was a bit tricky, but once we spoke to the manager, he immediately came to pick us up and escorted us to the apartment, which we really appreciated. The apartment itself is very nice, comfortable, and has good conditions for a few days. The service was also very good. I’m not giving it 5 stars because, although I booked thinking it was a hotel, it’s actually more of an apartment and therefore lacks the usual hotel services. Still, our stay was good and we were satisfied with the accommodation.
