“Quite happy that I only had one night”
I had an okay experience, nothing more. The safety was a concern because a big hole in the bathroom section of the tent let snakes easily slip in, and there was heavy grass just around the tent; even the safari guide warned that the camp wasn’t safe.
“Exceptional Staff Made My Stay Shine”
I was impressed by the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff during my stay. The team was friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my needs were met. Although there were some areas that could be improved, the staff's warm hospitality made up for it and made my experience enjoyable overall. Their attentiveness and kindness truly made a lasting impression on me.
