The staff were friendly, the breakfast was excellent, and the rooms were comfortable, yet the hotel was far from the center, the road was winding and steep, and the final access was a tricky track for the tuk‑tuk we used.

“Muy bien hotel para disfrutar de Ella”

The staff were excellent, the room was spacious, clean, nice, and had a terrace, and the breakfast was abundant, delicious, and served on demand, which made it easy to keep to a schedule; the hotel isn’t in the heart of Ella, which turned out to be an advantage because it kept the noise from the town after 8 pm at bay, and a tuk‑tuk for under 2 euros drops you off in 5 minutes so you can rest; if you’re traveling with family like I am you’ll appreciate it, but if you’re partying the experience will be different; there was nothing I didn’t like.

We had a very pleasant stay: the room was clean, comfortable, and offered a beautiful view, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was peaceful and convenient, though there were a few minor areas that could be improved, they didn’t affect our stay.
