“Awful. Go elsewhere. Your paying for a view but without the luxury your paying for.”

The view was great, but that was it. The staff were awful and the service was terrible. At the rooftop breakfast, the waitress couldn't make coffee because she didn't know how to use the pod machine—unbelievable. When checking out, we waited 15 minutes and had to search for a staff member who was finally found in the bathroom near the kitchen staff. The air conditioning in the room was noisy. We weren't the only ones complaining; another couple at reception also complained, and the girl was very rude.

The room was very spacious. Nothing else.

The rooftop bar was amazing with great views, and the room was big and well kept. The location was good. The downstairs bar closed at 9! We got back to the hotel at 8.55 and were told we only had 5 minutes, then charged $15 for one drink. In our room, the TV had hardly any channels.

“Stay across the street”

The room itself was okay, but the shower was broken; I asked for a refund at checkout and was told the manager would come the next day, yet I haven’t seen or heard anything.
