The check‑in instructions were very clear, and the free parking outside the building was convenient. However, the room looked clean at first glance but the bathroom was quite dirty with hair and fur, and the tray with cups and kettle had a lot of crumbs. There is no front desk or management staff on site, so if you, like us, stay with noisy or rude guests, their behavior can be heard in the rooms. On top of that, it’s definitely overpriced, especially since they don’t offer breakfast.

Lovely accommodations close to Kinsale, but there was little or no hot water in the shower.

Easy to locate, clean, and safe, but the parking was too tight and the room was very small.

Spacious, clean, and comfortable with a quiet sleeping environment; appreciated having a refrigerator. It turned out to be a bit farther to walk into town than expected, with some hills along the way.
