Amenity Hotel & Resort Lipno

The staff and their response time - we booked 5 nights and when we got to the room realized it was 2 stories with steep stairs separating the living area and the rooms, which was not in the pictures or room description at all. Being with 2 toddlers that was a big issue for us and we asked to cancel our booking - we received a full refund no questions asked, which is a very high standard of customer service. Unfortunately that was the only good thing i can say about this resort (we did spend 1 night there). The place is under-maintained to say the least, pictures do not represent the actual place. The room is old and outdated, the playground is not maintained and filthy, there is trash on the beach and lots of trash under the trampolines, the restaurant does not operate between 15:30-18:30 so you can't get any food there, food is pretty horrible (had only breakfast), every single activity is extra pay, for what you pay for a room there you really don't get much in my opinion. Not recommended, and i would love to recommend it given how incredibly fair the management where to us

The place is right by the lake, rooms are very large and spacious. There’s a paid dining room and a paid water‑sports area. The place is nice and close to the town center, and you can walk there in about 20 minutes.

The room was very nice. The air‑conditioning was broken, and at outdoor temperatures of 38 °C it was uncomfortable. Dinner officially closed at 21:00; if you arrived at 20:00 the hot food (except pizza and possibly sides) and sometimes fruit were no longer replenished. Also you really pay a lot of money and still have to pay for everything. The lake is generally nice, but the “beach” is only stones, and the water has large stones and large branches, which is quite dangerous for children. In the end we left two days early.

The hotel sits right by the forest and on the lake’s edge, with boats of various types available for hire. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff are very friendly and attentive to requests. There are playgrounds and a range of interesting facilities for kids and families. Each room includes a large, well‑equipped kitchenette with a fridge and dishwasher, and the windows have screens. The lake entrance for swimming is a bit inconvenient and not well organized.

We stayed in a two‑bedroom apartment that was spacious, comfortable, brand‑new, and equipped with a fully stocked kitchen and comfy beds. Its location just outside the hustle of Lipno was a plus for us, providing quiet and serenity; the hotel itself was well‑maintained and very peaceful, making it ideal for children. Be aware that most attractions at the hotel require an extra fee except the pool, and if you don’t book breakfast in advance during peak season you might find no seats available.
