The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly, which made our stay really enjoyable.
The room was spotless, which was a top priority for me, especially given the challenges of finding clean accommodations in Istanbul.

The place was clean, nice, and reliable, but the breakfast was very passive, and there was nothing for children, so we had to have breakfast outside.

I got in early, but the safe was broken and some money was missing from the room.
“Surprize”
The place was very clean and well laid out, but a day before we left, after a walk, I entered the room and saw the cleaning lady walking toward my luggage as if looking for something valuable; when she realized she wasn’t alone, she hurried to the door and told us she would finish cleaning immediately—would we have lost our personal items if we had arrived 20 minutes later?
We came for the Istanbul Festival and the hotel’s location was perfect; the room was fairly spacious for four guests, the new bathroom was very clean with a great shower, housekeeping serviced the room daily, changing towels and linens and delivering four bottles of water for four people, which was a nice touch in the heat. The front desk staff were always helpful and friendly, and it was clear the hotel had either been recently renovated or is very well maintained. The breakfast, however, was quite small—a modest plate of cheese, vegetables and an omelette meant for several people—but that didn’t bother us much, though you might want to consider it if breakfast quality matters to you.
