The room was spacious, and the terrace bath was enjoyable; the amenities were very complete. The fridge was large, there was a microwave in the room, and even a Bluetooth clock—everything was taken care of. Dinner had a lot of variety and was very tasty, but breakfast might have been a bit lacking. In particular, the white rice was clumped into dumpling‑like pieces and I lost my appetite. I work in large‑scale kitchen cooking, so I’m puzzled how that happened.

The meals were tasty, yet despite being told every room had an ocean view, my room only showed trees when I opened the door (I had requested an ocean view when it wasn’t guaranteed). Also, the open‑air bath lacked any privacy – you could see straight into it from the hallway.

Our room was spacious and ultra‑modern, with brand‑new furnishings; the toilet and shower opened onto a balcony with a lovely view and an onsen, and all toiletries were excellent. Breakfast and dinner offered a self‑serve ice bar. The dining room had no windows, and the pool was not cleaned.
