A small balcony extends from the living area of the Junior Suite. The suite provides a bedroom and a separate living room, with sleeping arrangements for up to three guests and an optional crib. A private bathroom serves the room, and two flat‑screen TVs are available for entertainment.
I always pick Neringa hotel for my stays in Vilnius because of its unbeatable location, immaculate cleanliness, comfy beds, soothing bath, and helpful staff who are always ready to upgrade if possible, not to mention the restaurant’s amazing food.
“Sugadinta asmeninė šventė”
The hotel is clean and the surroundings are pleasant, and we’re not staying here for the first time, but the integrated booking system for additional services is broken or the staff are incompetent at handling orders. We booked the hotel solely for a personal celebration at the “Neringa” restaurant, reserved a table for four that was confirmed 20 hours earlier, only to find a sign at the entrance stating the restaurant was occupied with a private event. When we showed our reservation paperwork, the administrator said, “we’re sorry and apologize.” We felt completely deceived. Even worse, as a “compensation” we were offered drinks at the bar by the venue, instead of at the reserved table in the legendary “Neringa” restaurant. This was a massive administrative blunder that cannot be forgotten. We’ve shut the hotel’s doors for good and will never return because the HUMAN FACTOR IS ABSENT HERE.

The hotel sits in a killer spot right in the city centre, but the breakfast is far too plain for the price. I asked for fresh pancakes – I’ve had them made with love at three Lithuanian hotels – and the staff just grimaced and wouldn’t do it. The room was spacious and excellent, though I wish the morning buffet were richer.
The spot is excellent, the staff are outstanding, and the roof bar offers a stunning panorama—thanks a lot!

After a long stretch of hotel hopping, I slept like a baby on a new mattress with low pillows, everything was spotless and the staff were helpful. I appreciated the blend of old and new in the renovations, preserving some original details, paintings, and the like. The only downside was the higher price due to the concert.
