The resort’s setting is truly unique, lush and green with plenty of trees and a clear concept. Although I’m not very familiar with the architecture of Northern Vietnamese countryside villages, Vạn Chài’s décor is unmistakably inspired by old villages with clay bricks, tiled roofs and large bamboo baskets. The pool is beautiful too, surrounded by greenery, and from the room you can see the sea. The only downside is that the resort sits right on the coast but there’s no beach area; you have to go up to Hub Way to swim.
