The hosts were welcoming, the food was good, and the pool water was clean mineral water. The pool is small for swimming but works well for a family with kids. The hotel is a 20‑minute drive from the center. I must point out that the streets in Velingrad are in a terrible state; most sidewalks are covered with knee‑deep weeds. The infrastructure cannot look like that of the advertised “Best SPA Centre in the Balkans.”

This place is great for a quiet break, the hosts are friendly and the staff is helpful. The pool has warm mineral water, beautiful flowers everywhere, tasty food, and I’ll definitely come back with my family. Nothing disappointed us.

Home‑cooked meals, friendly hosts, a nice pool, and an excellent mattress in the bedroom. The sofa was not very comfortable.

The only good thing was the spacious room. Breakfast was served buffet‑style in the morning and you had to eat there, with no choice beyond what the owner decided – usually just pastries, ayran and a few other items. The pool is listed as open until 22:00, but if there were no guests it was closed at 18:00 with the excuse that the water needed to be warm for the morning; the water never got hot enough and the owners were rather stern, constantly watching what you did. You can’t relax at all, so I wouldn’t recommend it.

Very clean, comfortable. The rooms, the grounds, and the pool are cleaner than even 5‑star hotels. The staff is very polite and caring. The place is perfect for a calm, quiet getaway, ideal for families and couples.
