If you’re thinking about renting this mobile home, be aware that communication with the owners was almost non‑existent during our stay and several items were missing, such as a duvet and pillow in one bedroom, which was very inconvenient for the guest sleeping there; we also found broken glasses, damaged shelves and a cracked vegetable drawer in the fridge upon arrival, reported it, and never received a reply beyond a “seen” notification. On top of that, almost everything was extra – no Wi‑Fi, no barbecue, no plancha, etc. We wouldn’t necessarily recommend this mobile home and would likely pick a different one if we return to the campsite, as we did on a previous visit.

“Mala experiencia”

The location was great, but the place was filthy. Checking in and out both required using an app and each took an hour. They didn’t provide anything, not even toilet paper, let alone sponges or cleaning supplies. The pool cost extra and they didn’t warn us beforehand that we’d have to buy tickets for a better price.

Honestly, the bungalow was very well equipped and everything was super comfortable, especially the beds. Everything was great, so I give it a 10.

“Publicité mensongère”

We booked through a major site expecting to deal directly with Camping Siblu, as the listing suggested, but it turned out to be a manager handling many owners, and many facilities like the pool weren’t included in the price – an extra €15 per adult and €7.50 per child per day, which dramatically changed the budget. The check‑in/check‑out inventory is done by an AI with required photos, and if the exit inspection isn’t completed they can charge €30 for a manual check, something I’d never seen before. Overall I was very disappointed with the service after booking through the site, and the campsite management made no concession regarding the pool, even though we were a group of 20 adults and 25 children for a sports event in Perpignan. I found the whole approach mediocre and not customer‑friendly.
