A beautifully decorated and atmospheric room, great location – close to the city centre, many restaurants and shops around. A few minutes walk to bus stops from which you can easily reach the nearby beaches. The property also offered beach umbrellas, which was really handy. Simona as host is ideal!

A dream‑like furnished accommodation. It is quiet yet close to the city centre. Walking into town is no problem at all. You always find a parking space right in front of the door or nearby. And the air‑conditioning works great!

We stayed a week at Dimora di San Simplicio and couldn't have chosen better. The property is truly beautiful, meticulous in every detail, always spotless and in a very convenient location. What really made the difference were the people running it: kind, available, attentive, they made us feel welcome from the start and were always ready to help. It was a delightful stay in every way. If we ever return to Olbia, we would choose this place without any doubt!
