We showed up late at night with our suitcases only to find the place locked and no one answering the door. Nobody had warned us that the hotel was closed or cancelled the booking, so we had to scramble for another place to stay. It was a frustrating end to our travel day.

The listing turned out to be a total scam – the address doesn't exist at all. We tried to get in touch, but there was nothing there, just a dead end.

Inside the hostel the basics were decent: a roomy bedroom, comfy bed, functional shower, and a large kitchen with a working oven and gas hob, plus a friendly cleaner named Flor. However, the neighborhood was a nightmare—streets lined with drug users and prostitutes, a constant smell of urine, and a feeling of insecurity after dark.

The place is clean and everything works, though it looks a bit worn down. Unfortunately the surroundings are unattractive, and the only payment options are cash or PayPal, which can be inconvenient.
