“Easy to book, friendly staff and convenient location.”
Clean and friendly staff. The charges were not explained and I am still waiting for a breakdown of charges as to why I didn’t receive my deposit back
Every day the key cards had to be reset, which was annoying.
“Old worn out chairs and sofa”
The staff were extremely helpful and polite, but the chairs and sofa looked worn and tired, which made the room feel less inviting.
“Don't pay for breakfast”
I was pleased with the gym, but the breakfast arrangement was disappointing: we booked a room for three adults, yet IHG only offers breakfast for two and charged the third person $23, which felt like poor value. At check‑in the front desk didn’t give us a breakfast voucher and we had to prove we had paid for it.
