The staff was lovely all the time. Good was great, with many options, and the pool was amazing while the beach is close by. The only thing that could be improved is the evening entertainment. On Mondays there are a couple of live singers that are amazing, but on other nights there was nothing or a very short show. Otherwise everything else was fabulous.

The system was excellent, with all staff members showing a perfect smile and great attitude. The only issue was that the bathroom on the beach side was far away, but that never caused any trouble.

We enjoyed a lovely stay at a truly great hotel. Its direct beachfront location is ideal, especially for families with kids, who can also use a dedicated area with water slides – a real highlight! The beach itself is beautiful, and adults can relax in a separate adults‑only pool. The property is well‑kept and overall we liked it a lot. The dining experience felt a bit underwhelming for a 5‑star hotel, and the breakfast coffee was limited to a machine, which was a minor let‑down. But that’s a high‑level complaint. If you’re after a fun family holiday with plenty of entertainment, beach access, and various activities for kids, this place fits the bill. If you’re looking for absolute silence or 5‑star culinary excellence, you might prefer another hotel. All in all, we had a great time and would recommend it.
