The location and the presence of an elevator were great. The lighting was poor, even though the main light and lamps were on.

The spot was very well‑located, near finance, market, and commercial districts. I enjoyed a spacious room, excellent service, and breakfast. The front‑desk staff helped me get a boxed lunch on the day I left early for a job mission and also arranged a taxi to the Eolic Park. What I didn’t like was the abrupt change in breakfast delivery on the last day; they moved it to a nearby resto‑hotel, served cold food in tiny portions, and the coffee was terrible—much worse than the earlier days.

The Dumas restaurant right next door served delicious food and the hotel’s location was very convenient, with the staff being especially friendly. My room faced a main street and the noise was noticeable, and there wasn’t enough toilet paper. I had booked for one night but ended up staying an extra night, during which my partner joined me. The hotel explained the shortage of toilet paper was because of the additional guest and then charged me for my partner’s lunch.

The breakfast was fine. The bed made noise, the pillows were uncomfortable and needed changing periodically; I expected the advertised pool and jacuzzi but they were not as described.
